Mark has worked in travel media and technology for over 20 years. He was an early employee at user-generated content pioneer VirtualTourist.com, and as VP of Advertising Sales, he was instrumental in building the business by hiring, training, and leading the advertising sales and operations teams. When TripAdvisor acquired VirtualTourist in 2008, Mark was promoted to help build and run TripAdvisor’s National DMO Sales Team. Mark has served Tiki as Chief Revenue Officer since 2013 and was named CEO in 2025.

Ross Co-Founded Clicktripz in 2010 and served as CEO until early 2025 when he passed the torch to longtime Clicktripz CRO, Mark Mamber. Prior to Clicktripz, Ross held various business development and leadership roles at VirtualTourist, KAYAK, and Dealbase/HotelTonight. Ross remains active in a supporting role at Tiki as its Chief Vision Officer. A proud resident of Lincoln, NE, Ross enjoys mountain biking, golfing, and ice skating (poorly) on local lakes or his backyard rink.

Jeremy served as the COO & President of Clicktripz for nearly a decade, helping to grow the company into a leading travel technology platform by delighting clients with innovations that deliver measurable results. Jeremy is a member of the Board of Directors of Research Solutions (NASDAQ: RSSS) where he joined to accelerate the company’s transformation from a document delivery business into a SaaS platform that integrates AI into scientific workflows. Jeremy began his career in financial services, as an Analyst in the Investment Management Division of Goldman Sachs. Jeremy also served as an analyst for a multi-billion dollar family office based out of the EMEA region, and has held investment banking positions at Banc of America Securities and Houlihan Lokey. His long hours in the finance industry inspired him to travel more.

In addition to her time in-house at a DMO, Jamie also has significant tourism agency experience working in public relations for Development Counsellors International and marketing for Madden Media, where she oversaw all East Coast client accounts. She lives on Long Island, New York with her husband and their four children: two daughters and two labradoodles.

Beyond her extensive involvement in the travel industry, Sheri possesses a wealth of media experience, having partnered with Fortune 500 companies to deliver innovative and complex advertising solutions across various digital platforms, ad tech, and video streaming publishers. Notably, she has spearheaded media strategy development as a Strategy Director at ad agency OMD. A native of the east coast, Sheri calls southern California home.

He uses his DMO background working directly with tourism DMOs of all sizes, helping them achieve their marketing goals. In a previous position, he was the Regional Marketing Communications Manager – Americas for Tourism New Zealand, his home country. Before joining Tiki, Rich was the Senior Sales Director for Zartico and before that, Sales Director at Adara, overseeing Western US clients. Rich has also been a California Travel Association Board member for over 7 years. Currently living in Santa Barbara, California, Rich enjoys the outdoors and adventures with his two young children.

Named Maryland Tourism Ambassador of the Year in 2023, she serves on the Maryland Tourism Coalition Board. Previously, she was VP of Marketing for Visit Loudoun in Northern Virginia, elevating its brand and wine tourism to national recoginition. She also spent 12 years at Destination Canada, leading U.S. and global marketing efforts for leisure and business travel.

Before Tiki, he was Director of Distribution at HouseTrip.com, Europe’s largest vacation rental site, where he built the Distribution department and led global business development. With expertise in strategy, innovation, and growth, Damien brings a wealth of leadership and industry experience to Tiki.

Travis earned his degree in International Business from SDSU, where he discovered his passion for travel while studying abroad and helping manage a hostel in Chile. He started his career in marketing with Jack in the Box. Soon after, he joined their digital ad agency to help clients plan and buy digital media. Eventually, he moved into adtech sales at Conversant Media (acquired by Epsilon) and at Brightroll Video (acquired by Yahoo!), where he helped agencies and brands across all industries utilize new ad technology. Now with Tiki, he leverages his digital ad solutions background and his passion for travel to grow partnerships with the largest travel brands in the world.
